Heir Health is a telehealth platform that connects patients with independent licensed providers for medically guided GLP-1 weight loss. We are not a healthcare provider. The medical care you receive is delivered by independent licensed clinicians affiliated with independent medical groups.
Adults seeking medically guided weight loss care who want a private, structured, and respectful telehealth experience. Eligibility for treatment is determined by an independent licensed provider after reviewing your intake.
Heir serves patients in all 50 U.S. states. Specific medications and treatment options may vary by state based on the licensure of the independent provider and the dispensing pharmacy.
The online intake takes most people under 10 minutes. A licensed provider typically reviews new intakes within one to two business days, though timing varies based on demand.
Email our team at support@heirhealth.co. We do not maintain a physical clinic; all care happens through the platform.
Treatment and providers
Yes. Every prescription begins with an evaluation by an independent licensed provider in your state. Depending on the case and state requirements, the evaluation may be asynchronous (through your intake and secure messaging) or include a video or phone visit.
Heir currently supports compounded GLP-1 medications for weight loss, where appropriate. The specific medication, if any, is decided by the independent licensed provider based on your individual evaluation. No medication is guaranteed.
Compounded GLP-1 medications offered through Heir are not FDA-approved. They are dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription written by an independent licensed provider based on your individual clinical evaluation. Compounded GLP-1 medications are not generic versions of, equivalent to, or therapeutically interchangeable with any commercially available, brand-name FDA-approved GLP-1 medication.
If treatment is not appropriate, the provider will tell you why. You will not be charged for medication you do not receive. You may also receive guidance on next steps that better fit your situation.
If prescribed, your medication is dispensed by a licensed compounding pharmacy that meets strict regulatory standards for quality and safety.
Pharmacy, shipping, and packaging
Yes. If a provider prescribes you a medication, you have the right to have that prescription filled at the pharmacy of your choice. To request a transfer, reach out to support at support@heirhealth.co.
